About the Job
We are seeking SAG background talent of all ages and ethnicities who have "beater" cars from years 1995-2023! Cars should not be shiny or luxury types. Should be normal cars and the worse condition the better, they should not look good. They should have dents and noticeable damage! The cars will get dirty, though production will pay for car washes or have the cars washed on set after work. Please submit photos of the car. If your car is perfect for this and you do not have a photo of your car on this website, please email : dwcastingsubmissions@gmail.com and the subject should say: CAR This will be an overnight call in Torrance, CA! It is a NIGHT call! Late afternoon Friday to early morning on Saturday!! Talent must be ok with LIVE COWS on set. No allergies to farm animals or smoke or dust/dirt, please! Talent must be ok with light physical activity. You must be able-bodied and have no issue taking direction to run or move swiftly! Talent must have NOT worked on this film prior to Friday, 9/11. Please know your clothes will get dirty! Hair dirty, etc.. Thank you!
